My experience with Galaxy Concrete Coatings was a positive one. It started with a meeting with Mark who explained to me their product, brought samples and pictures of other jobs they had finished and what to expect. He could not have been nicer, he was prepared and well informed and was not pushy one bit. It was such a pleasure to work with him. After two hours of talking I decided to sign a contract. I believe he was shocked but everything he said reassured me that I was making the right decision. Mark was a big reason why my experience was such a positive one. The installers came out and took about two days to apply the coatings. The following day, I noticed a slight issue with the cracks reappearing on my old driveway so I contacted Mark and he got right on it. A couple of days later they were back out and they redid the entire install! It looks spectacular and I couldn’t be happier! This is a company that stands by their work and I so appreciated it. I cannot recommend them enough.

Kevin and his crew at Galaxy Concrete Coatings did a great job on our garage floor. The Polyurea/Polyaspartic coating looks fantastic, and the whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained the process, and left everything clean. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Galaxy coated my front entry concrete with a customized flake product. The color looks amazing because we were able to customize it to our home. The surface seems to be as durable as it is beautiful. I'm not worried about longevity because this product has a lifetime warranty. We did have a scheduling snag on the start date. However, Armando (supervisor) apologized and corrected the situation immediately. I have nothing but praise for Armando. He even text me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Thank you Armando!

Galaxy knocked itnout the park. I had what I’d say is a large project covering walkway, patio, and pool surfaces. The transformation was outstanding and I’m sure will add value for years to come. The team was thorough, correcting any flaws, and flawlessly executing this project. I was beyond satisfied and look forward to entertaining in my revised backyard space.

We love Galaxy! Highly recomend using them! They got our instalation moved up very quickly from original date. We purchased on a Friday and the install was 2nd Sunday from that. Jose arrived with his helper and they were fantastic! Jose was so polite and very knowledgeable. Very professional. But the job..so beautiful! Worth every penny! We highly recommend them. Update 3 years later. We got a pool after Galaxy did the patio. We realized WE made a mistake not getting the non slip surface. Judy and her crew came out and knocked it out, making it non slip in a couple of hours and it looks beautiful! She was so polite and knowledgeable about the process. She understood the need for the non skid in terms of safety for everyone coming out of the pool and took care of it. And Galaxy did it for what I felt was a very reasonable price! Still highly recommend them!

Terrific products for me. The employees are unusual in that they will ask questions and give you answers or show detail for you to make an intelligent decision. I'm very happy with the product and again the employees in all areas of the Galaxy concrete business structure.

Judy and her team were fabulous in every respect. They arrived on time at 7:15 AM after a 200 mile drive and promptly started working on the 30+ year old concrete floor in my Quonset building! Excellent job and the tidiest job I have experienced. I couldn’t recommend them more. They score a 15 on the 1 to 10 scale!!!!

Chris and Danielle were awesome! They arrived 15 minutes early. They were amazing! Very particular and precise. They obviously are expert crafts persons! They were meticulous and cared very much about doing a thorough job And, they were professional and took the time to explain every aspect of the process. Very professional and we have requested them for the next job And we will give referrals to Chris and Danielle!!
